Pig is slow roasted in our ovens overnight.

 

Pig sizes range from 20 guests up to 200 on a single pig.  Larger parties would require a second pig in order to serve the desired number of guests, and we can make the necessary arrangements.

 

When considering your options, we recommend to order a pig based on 1 pound of whole pig per guest.  This equates to a 1/3 to 1/4 lb serving per guest.
