Slow roasting your beef brings out the natural flavors.  You’ll enjoy tender delicious ready to carve beef, accompanied by au jus.
Top Round of Beef  is approximately 17 to 22 lb, and serve about 50 guests.
Steamship Round is approximately 50 to 70 lb, and serve from 50 to 100 guests.
